He founded the company in 2002. Robert was a member of IUEC Local 31 in Houston TX, for 25 years. He was President of the local for 4 years and worked in construction, repair and maintenance until he retired. He went to work for the City of Houston as an Elevator Inspector in 1982 and worked there for almost five years. He then went to work for National Elevator Inspection Service where he worked for almost 15 years. While working for National Elevator Inspection Service in 1992 and 1993 he was instrumental in testifying in front of The House and Senate to help pass the bill which authorized QEI inspections for all elevators, escalators, and moving walks annually in the State of Texas. He is dedicated to providing excellent service to his clients 7 days a week/24 hours a day/365 days a year.
